You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your peryagames login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. peryagames will never request your password via email, chat, or any other communication channel. You agree to notify peryagames immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized use of your account.
peryagames accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods available to Philippine players: GCash, PayMaya (Maya), and bank transfers via BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank, and debit cards. All transactions are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).
The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits are credited to your peryagames account promptly upon confirmation from the payment provider. peryagames does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges. You may only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name.
Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes specified in the peryagames cashier section. Before a withdrawal can be processed, you must have completed identity verification (KYC) and met any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds. peryagames reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before processing withdrawals.
peryagames complies with Philippine anti-money laundering laws, including the Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) as amended. peryagames may report suspicious transactions to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) as required by law. Funds deposited to peryagames must originate from legitimate sources.
All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotions offered by peryagames are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, game restrictions, and expiry periods. These specific terms are communicated at the time the bonus is offered and form part of these Terms.
Bonus funds must be wagered the specified number of times before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. For example, a bonus with a 30x wagering requirement means the bonus amount must be wagered thirty (30) times in total. Wagering contributions vary by game type – slots typically contribute 100%, while table games and live casino games may contribute less.

peryagames reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect bonuses already credited to player accounts, subject to the applicable terms of those bonuses.
All non-live games on peryagames use a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. The RNG is regularly tested and certified by independent third-party auditors. Live dealer games use real physical equipment operated by trained dealers in a controlled studio environment.
In the event of a game malfunction, technical error, or system failure, peryagames reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to players. peryagames is not liable for losses resulting from game malfunctions. The decision of peryagames management regarding game malfunctions is final.
If you are disconnected from the peryagames Platform during a game, the game will continue according to its programmed rules. peryagames is not responsible for losses resulting from disconnection due to internet or network issues on your end. It is your responsibility to maintain a stable internet connection while playing.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, peryagames shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
peryagames's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your peryagames account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
peryagames does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
peryagames reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including where peryagames reasonably suspects: a breach of these Terms; fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity; failure to complete identity verification; or any other conduct that peryagames deems harmful to the Platform or other players.
You may close your peryagames account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to identity verification and applicable processing times.
An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months. peryagames may apply a monthly dormancy fee to dormant accounts as specified in the cashier section. Players will be notified before dormancy fees are applied.
peryagames reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the peryagames Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when these Terms were most recently revised.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
In the event of a dispute between you and peryagames, we encourage you to first contact our customer support team to seek an amicable resolution. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
